When I first walked in to begin the process my paperwork was ready, everyone was really friendly and professional. I was in and out in a rental in no time. I was explained the process by Leanne, I do not remember the other rep that initially greeted me but she was awesome too. I wasn’t expecting so fast a turn around and normally I’m in a hurry. The rental process was quick and I drove a really nice vehicle. Just an outstanding job from everyone. My car looked like it had never been touched with any damage! I will highly recommend Abra to everyone!! And I loved getting into my clean car! I was like wow! You don’t find this kind of customer service anymore or very rarely! Thank you again!!

There were some issues such as trunk and gas cap release buttons not being reconnected, trim and body panel alignment issues, and a problem with the window. These issues are currently being addressed. Although I am displeased with the techs performing the work on the car the front office staff was excellent.
