I picked up my work truck on Saturday 6/8/19 and I’m not happy with the end product. The scratch they did to the truck was not fixed. The employee who gave me the truck said that the scratch was already there, after I had already been told by other employees that you had accidentally scratched the truck. There are pictures of before as evidence that the scratch wasn’t there. What makes the matter worse is that it has a spill of another color of paint on the tailgate. Also, none of the back lights work! They left an orange cleaning rag hanging off the top of muffler box, the paint job on the tail gate is not painted right; there’s a line under the ford sign that’s missing paint. This shows poor follow through and attention to safety and detail on behalf of the bodyshop workers and especially the supervisor.
