I was a self paying customer and was astonished to see the paperwork sitting on the desk that spelled out the profit your company made on my repair/out of my pocket. Nearly 54% mark up...i suppose that covers the warranty should I use it. In the future, I suggest you put the paperwork away so the customer doesn't feel suckered like me in the future.
