Great phone contacts with your office staff. Everyone seemed sincere and not phoney. However, be careful to avoid being overly solicitous.
Repair work was excellent.
Rental service was good, but the car had an unpleasant odor -- disliked by the dog, our grandchildren and my spouse.

I had to follow up on getting the car repaired. I had to contact the representative, who was never available. He told me Friday at 5 pm that my car was available. They close at 6. I had to pay three extra days fees for a rental car. Although the repair work is excellence and I am not satisfied with the service. I do not plan to use Abra again.
