I was able to get an appointment at my convenience. On the day of the appointment, Heidi was respectful of my work needs and quickly drove me to my temporary work location for the day. I was upset that the quota I was given for repairing my car was not what ABRA kept to. They called me saying there was another part needed to fully fix the car after I had already paid for the parts. The new part increased my bill by about 130. I felt I was not told the truth upfront about the true cost of the repair.
