My car is fixed and now I can go back to toting the trash and grass clippings to the local dumpster. I do wish that the contract line about payment in full before car can be returned to the owner was changed since the customer has no recourse if they are not satisfied with the work done by Abra. Text messages thru repair process should be more meaningful rather then just generic texts. Eta of completion or updates would be better. I'd rather recieve a text than a phone call but only if the text has meaningful information. Then if I have an issue or question ill call you.
