The personnel and service was excellent; however, the paint color did not match exactly. It was noticeable to me, but is probably as close as they could come with yellow.

a large scrape on the back lower side of the car that was not there before the accident (The passenger side) the dash board is very dirty and greasy in spots - also there is yellow paint (marker??) on the console that will not come off

I had a couple issues I was not happy about, with the biggest being calls were made to my cell phone about some issues when I specifically said I cannot have my cell phone at work and to call my work number. Since ABRA did not, I did not know about the "betterment" cost I was charged without having time to explore the reason with my insurance company and the insurance company of the lady that rear ended my son's car. I was charged 181 upon pick up, it would have been nice to call me at work on this. ABRA had my work number right there on the sheet. I was told the cell phone number was the default. I asked Justin, the Service Manager what I needed to do, as I was clear when I said to call me at work, he apologized (and I had to pay 181 at pickup). I also lost my car keys/remote beeper when I turned the car in. My position is I passed the keys to ABRA as I took the keys off my sons lanyard which I did have, so no keys were in my posession. So now besides the 181 "betterment" I was charged when I picked my car up, I am out over 100 to get a new key/remote beeper reprogrammed at the Mazda dealer. I think the cost of this should be split between myself and ABRA as this this remains a mystery. Everyone was friendly but I did have these 2 issues with my service...Bryan R
