Todd at Lehmans is an excellent example of high value service for the customer! He followed up with me throughout the entire process of fixing my vehicle with daily phone calls or messages regarding the status. I felt part of the whole process while my vehicle was in repair! It gave me a sense of ease, since I never had a major repair. He also uses great judgement in choosing the best parts for your vehicle. Outstanding. Also thanks for vaccuum and clean interior/exterior befire I arrived! My car looks great and is driving its best! Thank you Lehmans, truly thankful!

I've been working with Bruce Holeman since this outfit was called "Precision Collision" in 2008. Bruce himself is a very meticulous, detail oriented man that does not accept a lesser than stellar result for his customers. Because I too have a very critical eye, and am keen to keep my cars, and especially my wife's car pristine, I come to ABRA and work with Bruce to ensure that my wife is happy with her vehicle. Bruce, and employees like him, are what makes an organization successful. He embodies the corporate values that others speak words about, but don't have the faintest clue as to how to take those words and put them into action to help meet customer needs and expectations. My advice to you is two-fold: First, reward and congratulate Bruce on maintaining a very high level of excellence over the years and REFUSING to compromise that for any reason. Second, I urge you to get people to either report to him, or mentor UNDER him, to take that knowledge out of his brain housing group and share it with others, to the betterment of your business. I have always been happy with the larger organization and have no complaints at all. The specific, concrete reason for my continued happiness with the work I receive from ABRA however is almost wholly resting on the shoulders of Bruce. I hope I never get into another situation where my cars need the work of a professional body repair outfit. IF I DO HOWEVER, I will make **** sure that I bring the vehicle to ABRA/Caliber/whoever they are that week and get Bruce's help. It is possible to full his shoes, but it will be **** hard. Recognize that, and plan accordingly, and I can all but assure you of continued success. In closing, I wish you MORE of that sustained success, and do NOT forget that Bruce, and folks like him that have high values, commitment, and personal/professional integrity, are what MAKES you successful as a company.

I big scratch was nicely fixed. They forgot the small scratch, Mario fixed it on the spot for me. The car was very clean which I appreciate and I liked that I got updates and Mario stayed in communication with me on progress while my car was there. Thanks!

****-I called for a vehicle inspection for my vehicle due to auto accident. The gentleman who answered, scheduled me just fine. Yet when I arrived for my appointment, the expectation was to have dropped off my vehicle. This was never addressed thru the telephone. I did not have a rental. I had to arrange to borrow a car. I had to re-schedule my appointment for two days later... if only the man on the phone would of let me know ahead of time for a drop off so I could properly make arrangements... 2- I arrived for my appointment and Whitney said they did not have an appointment for me or my file. I am not sure how this could have happen since I received the confirmation thru telephone and text message for my appointment. I was happy to be seen but I feel like the organization and preparation could use some work... 3-After 8 days of my vehicle being dropped off, I came to pick up my vehicle. I was told my car was clean but when I saw it, there were smudge marks all over the bumper. Mike, the adjuster had to remove. My car still had trash from the technician, which the adjuster happily took off my hands. My question is, why are the technicians not double checking interior and exterior before handing off to the customer? 4-I drove home, happily thinking how great it was to have my vehicle back. Within seconds, I come to find my car still had poor alignment. This I find to be the most upsetting since I addressed this to my insurance adjuster and the Abra adjuster NUMEROUS times. I made specific comments to alignment when I dropped off the vehicle, when I called to check on my vehicle numerous times and even the day of my pick up. Very disappointing. I drove back to Abra to address the issue once more. And now my car is in there hands again... 5-I will have to drive back to Abra today to check on my vehicle and it's condition. I just want my car back in perfect condition. I want the alignment to corrected. It is clearly pulling my vehicle and this is NOT safe. I am upset I was given my vehicle in this way as I have addressed numerously. I chose ABRA because my Toyota dealership highly recommended me. A brand that I hear is the best. I can honestly say this was not a great experience. And I am NOT happy with your service. With this poor experience, I will not recommend your brand to anyone.
