My vehicle is in worse shape than how I brought it in. The engine was fine and is a standard / manual drive. It was a Hit and Run that damaged the body and not after the work she looks good but is not a drivable vehicle after being in your shop. No one wants to accept that this negligence is due to Abra. I am not happy and this now compromises my job that I don't have an operating vehicle. Extremely disappointed. I do appreciate the general manager helping me out with extending the rental but this still does not fix my vehicle as something happened to the engine when she was with Abra all week. This is neglect on Abra's part as she was drivable before but now is not. Even Michelle said she would not drive a vehicle with the engine like this and has now compromised my lively hood as I need my vehicle to get to work and live. Please fix this, this is on Abra.

I think you need to change your scheduling. My car sat for an entire day before someone even looked at it to order the needed parts. If I had been paying for a rental car I would be demanding that Abra pay for the rental. You need to only schedule the number of cars that can be realistically be seen in a day and not over book the cars. Otherwise I was satisfied with the service I received from the employees at this location and the repairs done on my car.
