The advisor, Luke, that I worked with only once called me proactively, during the month that my car was at Abra. I asked him call me and give me updates, but I would go days with out hearing from him and I would have to call him. This is not the service that I have previously received from Abra or Lehman’s.

The repair that was done was fine. My issues are that a new mark was made on my tailgate from the work done, that was not there to begin with.
Also, there were marks left on the side of my truck that were caused by Abra on previous hail damage repairs that I had done awhile back. The person I spoke with said they would have it taken care of at no additional charge, since I was having the work done that I brought it in for. The gal even circled that area on the truck when I left it there for the repair. I’m very disappointed that wasn’t taken care of when I was told that it would be.
