Excellent communication. I felt informed about everything.
The only thing that was stressful was on day ****. I do not frequent these types of shots and the “drive in” process is confusing.
Perhaps it could be improved if someone greeted you and told you what to do next. Or if a sign said “pull forward then enter office for service.” That is not clear and the main door does not look like a door for guests.

I did not like having to use a rental car company instead of a loaner. More out of pocket for me.
