I was very pleased with the work done to repair my vehicle, it looks as good as new. The complete cleaning inside and out was an unexpected bonus. The only small disappointment was the e-mailed "status" updates. With so little information provided they were nothing more than inbox clutter. The status provided by my contact Will was far more useful. The people that I interacted with during this time were spectacular. Friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Thanks for a great experience.

The GM Walt went out of his way to make sure I could get into my car as soon as I was able to, on the weekend. They explained to me the process of the repairs and we're very friendly and helpful. Jason Campbell, the manager of Abra at the Buckhead Location (Peachtree Street, Atlanta, Ga) exceeded all expectations in his oversight in the repair and return of my vehicle. His COMMITMENT to the timely return of repaired vehicle to the owner far exceeded any service I have experienced. Not only did Jason offer to deliver my repaired vehicle to my home, but also, in his commentment to return my vehicle timely and conviently, he was available at Abra's repair facility from early Sunday morning until 7:30 pm or after on Sunday evening June 30, 2019.
I have never seen anyone as dedicated and committed. It was as if he was owner/ operator of his own personal business. Associates like Jason are VERY FEW and far between.
He should be richly rewarded.
