There is great communication as far as status of repair is through text messages. Also, Regina at front desk is very nice and efficient. She is organize with paperwork and knows what's going on with my car everytime I talk to her. She also make efforts that I didn't wait long during drop off and pick up. The guys also came in timely to go over damages when we dropped off car for the actual repair. The quality of repair done is excellent. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. It's very stressful to deal with this situation, so thank you for a smooth process.
