I liked that when you say your going to call about your car you do. Plus you go above and beyond to make sure nothing else is wrong with the car. I also like getting the retro let me know when my car will be done. If not they notify you so you can always be aware if you need to find a ride to work or so on. Also they came outside and explained what they did to my car.
