Overall a great experience. The lady at the desk was very helpful and attentive. Got my car done in less than a day. There was a minor miscommunication, the guy who did my estimate left the company and my cars replaced piece was disposed.

I dropped off my vehicle on Monday 9/10 before 12 pm. I was told that the vehicle wound be ready on Thursday by 4 pm. Jose the fix auto service advisor called me on Thursday in the morning and advised my vehicle would be ready by 4 pm. I did not receive a call at 4 so I ended up calling Jose at 4:30 pm. He told me he finally received confirmation for payment from discount tire and my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I picked up my vehicle the original damage was repaired but there was a small nick on another part of the bumper. It looked something like the tip of a flathead screwdriver. I didn’t notice it until I looked closer at the bumper later on. Another issue I had with the shop was my vehicle mileage was 6360 when I dropped it off. When I picked it up today, it had 6369 miles. Nine miles on the vehicle that was supposed to have body work is unacceptable. It makes me wonder why the shop workers or Jose would take my vehicle on a test drive, joy ride, or maybe to go pick up lunch or parts. I will never know why they had to drive the vehicle for 9 miles. I’m very disappointed. Jose told me he drove my vehicle to reset the tpms error code but 9 miles is unacceptable. I would not have any trouble if a couple miles were added to the vehicle but 9 miles is gonna make people wonder where the shop employees took their vehicle. So at this point, I’m just glad the vehicle is repaired but there was a new damage. I’m not going to bring it back to the shop to have it repaired again because my car will be sitting at the shop for another 4 more days.

Great commitmen to quality service. My car looked darn near looked you had it detailed before I picked it up. And all the work was done 2 days before the projected completion date. Wow! What'w more, the repairs looked perfect. Top Mark's in every catagory. Thank you.Your whole team did a wonderful job.
