The headlight that didn't need repairing is now all gritty and has scratch marks on it. Even though they cleaned/washed my vehicle there was a weird moldy rag smell inside my vehicle, and my radio was put on a Spanish music station which tells me that they used my vehicle's radio to play their choice of music while doing whatever they did to my car. I don't like that, because I think they should listen to their music on their own radios and not soak up my battery power, or be adjusting the stations on my stereo. Although they did an excellent job repairing the issue I arrived with, they left me with a right headlight that is now grittier and more scuffed condition than when I came in with and I believe it happened during the repair.

I had a great experience with Fux Auto. Not only did I get my car back in great condition, the process itself was flawless. I got text updates as well as phone call updates. ****. The computer of the car was completely reset. Temperature in Celsius, click on military time etc. I still haven't figured out how to reset it. 2. The damage to my car I golfed the racks on the top. They replaced them with new racks but installed the old locks. I assumed they would be replacing the entire unit and discarded the old keys. 3. I never re is Ed a complete written estimate (that presumably would've had the lock replacement plan itemized.) 4. There seemed like a big disconnect between Geico and Fix Auto. The information I was given via phone conversation never matched up with my claim information on Geico.com.
