First off let me say, if you are going to trust a review about an auto repair, this would be a good one. I am extremely picky when it comes to my cars. I'm the guy that won't even take them to nice car washes. I hand clean them myself to avoid any scratches or scuffs.
When I recently had a minor fender bender, not only was I upset that I damaged my new car, by the thought of having it repaired was stressing me out even more.
I researched shops online and decided to roll the dice on a shop that geico recommended. The reviews were good, but I'm always the sceptic. I wanted a place that if I had any issues, geico would stand behind the repair since I went through them.
Let me say, from the first time I met with Art and the geico rep, things went very smoothly. Art was very knowledgeable and had me in and out of the initial appointment in 20min. I was shocked when he said that he'd have the car done in 4 days.
Sure enough, he did. The car looks like showroom condition! The bumper actually matches better than it did when I bought it. Being a snow white pearl, that's hard to do. No scuffs or dirt on the interior, and the car was very well detailed. Thank you Art and Fix it Auto. Highly recommended.
