Everything got done in a timely manner. I was continuously updated with the repair. It was done when they estimated it to be done. GREAT SERVICE!!!

Service and communication from fix auto was excellent. Angel was very helpful throughout the whole process. My only comment is that when I got my car back the radio station had been changed and the air conditioning had been turned on. I really don't like people changing my radio stations. Other than the above comments, I was very satisfied

I just loved the atmosphere of the whole place, it was my first time taking in my car after an accident to be fixed and I couldn't be more relieved on how my experience went! I was my first new car and when I had to take it in to be repaired I was really worried that all you would do was a small patch job, as it wasn't that big of a problem just a damaged bumper, but you guys sure treated it like a big deal. As soon as I arrived you assured me that you would take care of everything and had me in a rental within 30 mins. Then you kept me up to date on all the work that was being done to my baby Kia, and even found some damage that I hadn't even noticed at first. I also enjoyed that you cleaned my car after everything was done that was a nice surprise. Thank you for making my first auto shop adventure stress free and calming. I mean Angel, the fix auto employee that helped me out, I have never seen anyone so happy to help, I was a little startled, but I think that was just because I was worried about how my car was. Once again thank you to you and all the other employees who worked on my car, no matter how small the damage, my car was returned to me as nice and clean as the day I bought it! I didn't even have to wait that long for the repairs to be completed. You guys have set a good standard for other shops to beat, take care! V.S

Everyone involved did a fantastic job. When I first arrived I was kwarmly greeted by a lovely woman. She had incredible customer service skills and helped answer all my questions. Quickly, the claims adjuster came to assist. He was thiurough with the inspection of the vehicle and and very helpful. Next up, the collision expert manager. His team did an incredible job. It looks brand new. The shuttle driver took me to and from work and also repaired my vehicle. Very knowledgeable. Hopefully he gets a raise soon. Thanks again everyone.
