You guys have your act together. So few companies can say that these days. Shop scheduling and communication with the customer was efficient and timely. The service there was horrible. I never received a call when I was told I would with updates. Instead they sent texts and whenever I called I got put on hold for 10 minutes. The rep who I was dealing with didn't know anything. She gave me two entirely different quotes to repair my car with ddifferent repairs. Ill never go here again and will definitely steer other people away as well.
