I’m glad that my car was fixed in a timely manner and that I received updates along the way. I also appreciated that my car was returned to me with the interior and exterior clean. You can’t even tell there was any damage to the car at all

The staff is great. We have had other repairs Done here and are pleased With the work. Olivia is the best. Very friendly and courteouss. She kept us updated and even had our car ready for us early in order for us to make it to a function we had to be at this evening. Thanks to everyone that made it all happen.

Your team went above and beyond in general. For example, I enjoyed the free car wash. I felt bad because I recently moved and had junk in my car. Noticed you guys still tried to move stuff around to clean...didn't expect that. Must have been frustrating...sorry. Tina Perez is thorough and professional. Helped me with an unrelated issue found during a follow-up scan of my car's service codes. She didn't need to do that but had obviously done her research and was prepared to help as best as she could. She even researched into whether the issue was part of a recall so I could potentially have the car fixed at no charge. Fix auto is definitely my Oceanside spot for auto work.

I give Fix Auto the best score it could possibly get. I had such an amazing experience. I did not expect that at all. I got rear-ended in my vehicle. There was a lot of damage. I was so pissed off about the wreck in general and I didn't want to really deal with all the insurance stuff and getting my car fixed. I thought it was going to be terrible. Well, at first, it kind of was but for other reasons. Once my car finally got into the shop, things were so smoothly after that. They were very friendly and welcoming. They explain what they are going to be doing to my car. I got a rental car to use while my car was getting worked on but that has to do more with my insurance though.. they kept me updated on the progress of my car in text message and calling me on the phone. No matter what, they were always super friendly. Mmt cat was addison's too be done March 28th, but they finished it 8 days early and I was able to pick it up yesterday the 21st. When I saw my car I was blew away. My car looked like brand new. SERIOUSLY. I had a party on my front bumper that was hanging off fron where I hit a curb or ran into something (something that had nothing to do with my wreck) and they STILL FIXED IT. I hated how it did that so badly & now it's fixed. When I left my car, it was so dirty. The inside was bad but that was nothing compared to the inside. My car had not been vacuumed for several months with **** everywhere. They vacuumed all of that **** out of my car. I feel bad for whoever had to do that. But I just absolutely loved my service with Fix Auto. It's the top ship that I would recommend for everyone. I will definitely be coming back always. Thank you Fox Auto for the amazing work you did for my Kia Optima & just making it as smooth off am experience for me that our possibly could be.

Your customer service was outstanding. Olivia was always cheerful and courteous. However, your estimates to fix other issues were really pricey and explanations were not believable, which explains your emphasis on customer service. Overall, I was pleased with my experience there.
