My understanding was that Shattuck Auto would work to repair the trunk lid (with broken tail light) and replace the right side mirror. I was told to contact Honda of Oakland to order the left tail light and the mirror, which they did. I told Honda to contact Shattuck Auto. I don't know where things fell through the cracks, but at least Shattuck Auto could have followed up with Honda to inquire about the mirror, for example. Honda bears some responsibility here too.

lets see, you guys did what you said you would do. You said the car would be ready on x date, and it was ready on x date. Only thing I would suggest, i signed up for twice weekly email updates and got only one in a two week period so I stopped in to the shop on the expected date to inquire. If I had known already the car was end of day but otherwise on time delivery, it would have been slightly more convenient
