Yes, Brian was my contact and kept me up to date daily on the progress. He also saved me over $1000 by repairing what only needed to be repaired. I've brought my truck in on a number of occasions and every time I have saved money. Kenneth's is definitely my number one car care shop. They make it very convenient using enterprise car rental also.
