I was hit from the rear and my insurance company, USAA, said it would only pay for a rental once the dealer actually begins the work. Furthermore, USAA only allowed for 3 days even though the weekend fell in the middle of the work period. Faced with not having a car for my son's college graduation a day drive away, the dealer graciously gave me a beautiful E350 loaner to use. This one incident shows exactly how a company should not comport itself (USAA) and how another company can go the extra mile, well beyond any obligation to satisfy its customer. Now which company do you think I will recommend?

The windshield wiper on back window was installed improperly. It is reversed and the wiper blade is now shredded. Also,my car had 174 miles added on the odometer. Assume it was driven by some employee ! Car was supposed to be ready 4/29. Not ready until 5/5

The car was repaired perfectly. Great job on that. The staff was pleasant to work with and very responsive. Repair took a very long time - 3 weeks and a day. I understand there was a snowstorm. Still seems like a long time. Car was washed when i picked it up, which was a bonus. The rear seat and interior door were very dirty, though. I know this is where the repair took place, but feel that for 2800, this part could have been cleaned also. I am satisfied, just a couple of things I would improve. Thank you for being easy to work with.
