I've always received top notch A+ service from the Mercedes Benz of Alexandria Collision center . With that being said , I actually received my S550 with additional damage to my vehicle caused while under Repair. I know I will most likely not get a response but I would say As a valued customer as I have had several repairs completed their, I'm Acutely disappointed with the additional damage with no resolution other then painting over a two inch hole in my vehicle. It seemed as if no one even considered that a customer will be driving off the lot very displeased. Unfortunately my car is known by the customization by many. I will have no choice but to express my displeasure. V/R
