I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Kapis. Mr. Kapis made this entire experience a breeze. I work very long hours with little downtime. Mike took care of everything and kept in constant contact with me during the entire process. That was very important to me. I just picked up my vehicle and the work done also looks great

100% UNSATISFIED with the outcome of the work and Scott ****. First, I was told the truck was ready on Friday, Oct 28, and when I arrived the wheel balance weights were laying on the ground. The truck had to be sent back out. After not hearing anything by 3p on Monday, Oct 31, I called Scott. The two separate times I called him, he was 'with customers'. So, I did not get my truck on Monday. Then, on Tuesday, I get a call that it's ready. Upon arriving, I see that the running boards aren't installed properly with the body lines, the molding has ripples. Okay, workable things. I walked around to the undamaged side of the truck to see that while in the possession of Mayfield Collision, my truck had been involved in an accident. The rear bumper on the right side is completely scratched. Scott didn't apologize for this, questioning when it occurred. He did say Mayfield would cover the repair and the rental car, mighty nice of him. Here's the thing...accidents happen. Don't try to hide it and let me drive out of the lot without telling me so you can DENY IT LATER! Not acceptable! And if you tell me you didn't see it, I'll say you didn't complete your job thoroughly. An incident report has been filed with the local police department. We'll see if Scott calls me back about the things I was unhappy with on the repair as well as the new repairs.
