Everything went extremely well. The collision repair was done in a timely fashion. The repair costs were close the appraisal, which I greatly appreciated as the person who hit me did not have insurance and I was paying for this myself. Nathan did an outstanding job in every way. He was an excellent communicator, professional and a true pleasure to work with on this. I also greatly appreciate the detailing/cleaning done to the car. Most appreciated. thank you

Completely satisfied with the repair work that was done however did not like how I had to readjust every personal adjustment in the car.

Terrific customer service and repair!!!

My car was delivered today, Friday 9/22 and the passenger side interior leather panel near the back seat was damaged, apparently when the top was either installed or removed. There is a one foot scratch on the leather and along with a tear. This is very disappointing. The car was kept in your shop for nearly a month and the excitement of seeing the freshly painted top today gave way to dismay. This is after paying $5100 to have the repairs done. I notified your shop manager Doug Begin of the damage and he offered to fix the problem the next time I bring the car for service at your Warwick RI location. However, I live two hours away, in Stratford Ct and to take bring the car to your location is not convenient. I suggested that I bring the car to Porsche of Fairfield so that the problem could be corrected. After apologizing, Doug Begin said that may be possible and that he would contact this location to make possible arrangements. He stated he would be getting back to me. Our last conversation took place this afternoon on 9/22. I am waiting for him to respond. Anything you can do to assist Doug in correcting the issue would be greatly appreciated. Virgilio

Very friendly customer service

A piece of molding flew off after I took delivery. Also, parts of roof rack were left unpainted (Mike, GM) thought from tape pull off. I had to return to you with these issues. Mike assisted me and will resolve. It was a Pain to return. The gal in front office (Jess, Jen?) Is FABULOUS WITH CUSTOMERS. CHEERFUL PERSONALITY. WARM, WELCOMING SMILE. SUCCEEDS IN MAKING THE CUSTOMER FEEL CARED FOR AND IMPORTANT.
