I have already called and spoke with Ricky about the front right headlight that was replaced due to the body damage. The headlamp seems to be aimed too low, as all of the light hits the ground about 10 feet in front of the car and doesn’t light up the road ahead. I will bring the vehicle back in on Tuesday when the shop is next open.

My only complaints are that it took longer than expected and I didn’t get any updates. I had to make several efforts to call and most of the time didn’t get an answer. I’m sure the repair itself is great though, and I really appreciate you all cleaning my car! :-)

I was told the job would take 2-3 weeks. It actually took 6 weeks. Admittedly, there was additional damage discovered during the repair, so that would allow for some extra time. However, the length of time my car was in the shop meant I had to pay additional charges for a rental car. The work appears to have been done quite well, however, so I am pleased with the final outcome. It's just the length of time it took to complete the repairs it that I was not happy with. Thanks.
