The repair was well done. The employees were friendly and courteous. In he beginning, however, I was called and told "the part is in," so I rented a car, dropped off the Ford and, within a hour, I was called and told, "Well the door is on back-order." Now this caused ANOTHER half-day of dealing with the rental, transferring materials from one car to the other and general irritation without so much as a "sorry sir, here let me help you with ...." To my way of thinking, this is rather poor customer relations. I am in the "people business." If I don't serve my customers, someone else will be more than glad to. Just saying ... By the way, it will be interesting to see if anyone reads this far and actually calls me (Kelley, NOT "Glenda" - another "faux pas") about this!
