My CD player is not working my speakers are fading in and out and my airbag light is flashing every now and then saying no airbags

I informed the office that I was leaving town and returning on a Sunday. This would require someone to pick up my vehicle for me. When my friend arrived to pick up vehicle they were told there was a deductible to be paid. This was not the case. A check online or a call to USAA would have verified that no payment was required. I reside about 50 miles from the body shop. I had planned on getting a cab from airport to my friends where my car would be. Since they were not allowed to pick up the car I had to get a cab ride from airport to my home. Almost 100. I do have my farm truck to drive in and swap so I have a way to work but now have to arrange another ride from my home to the body shop or pay another 100 I had also ask that my car be taken next door for an oil change and that did not happen either The staff was sorry and very nice. The work done was good as well. A single phone call to ins would have saved me a lot of time and a couple hundred dollars
