I appreciate everything that was done and all of the hard work. The trunk lift is unevenly placed by a few millimeters. It's tight on the left side and there's a few millimeters of space on the right side.

Not your fault. The car was towed in after an accident and the appraiser totaled it. I would have preferred if there was less damage, but so it goes. So it turns out you didn't get to work on it and I don't have anything to say about the repair experience. :-)
No need to call or follow up. The staff was courteous and helpful every time I called them and I was happy with the service (what little was required) that I received. They even loaned me a screwdriver to take the plates off.
