Repair looks great.
Heather and Beth were fabulous in working with an individual who was paying out of pocket instead of insurance. He was a challenge questioning everything, but they kept work on schedule and also kept me (owner) informed.

Your shop had my vehicle for 3 weeks without doing any work on it. I was initially told they work would be started around 12/28/2018, due to parts not being delivered until 12/26/2018. When one of my phone calls was finally returned on ****/4/2019 I was told the parts had not been ordered and the vehicle was again waiting on parts at which point my rental insurance was gone and I was told you would not foot the bill for my rental, so that ended up being money out of my pocket for your mistakes. The work once done was good but the support and feed back from your people and shop was very poor. I will not be a return customer and if asked by others I will tell them of my experience with your shop.

Was pleasantly surprised the repairs were finished ahead of schedule. I do hear an occasional dinging noise as if something isn't secured. I'm not sure what it is. One of the tire wrenches was left out so I'm thinking it might be linked to that or the spare tire. Do you have any suggestions?

I was very satisfied with the service and the quality of the repairs I received on my 2015 Rogue. Had to fight with the insurance company to get ****Nissan to do the work but completely worth it. One stop shopping when it came to getting the rental car and dropping the Rogue off for repairs. Great experience!

I was not happy with the repair work at all, some the work i requested was not done yet I was charged the same price. When i asked why i was told it was the best the technician worked on it and that was the best he could could do but it didn’t look like he did anything.
