They never updated me when there were parts delay until I called them checking the status if my car. Also they put the wrong size tire on the car.

My car looks beautiful. They took the time to wash it inside and out before i picked it up!

Body pros kept me updated fully during the entire process and did an excellent job only car. I have taken both my cars there and am considering doing more work that before I was going to forego! I would rate them a 10 out of 10.

I am ok with the repairs I have no doubt as to the quality or the repairs but the costumer service left me with a bad impression about how body pros conduct business for example I was giving a month out appointment for my car and I waited the one month and some change just to find out that no one had followed up with my work order so they have to re schedule me for another time so now I have to wait even more for my car to get fixed. When I returned for the second time I was told that by the time I bring the car the part was Going to be order so when I bring the car for the second appointment that part would of been there and then wasn't going to take that long for the repairs. Well when I finally brought the car once again they couldn't find me in the system so another gentleman came out and told the receptionists she wasn't going to find it because the paperwork was still sitting on his desk this whole time which showed me that no part had been order. So overall the quality of repairs was outstanding but the level of costumer service was very poor. In conclusion would I do business with Body Pros again? Yes I would because I have to give you the opportunity to prove that this is not how you really conduct business with costumers and I am also aware that some where along the line some one got care less about my needs and cost me to wait this long to get my car fixed.

From the recommendation from Shannon, the excellent estimate from Mr **** and the outstanding work from the 3 technicians that performed the work, I am very satisfied with my experience and I would recommend BodyPro to anyone. Excellent job everyone.

The touch up paint wasn't completed when I picked up the car; I had to wait 30 min while it was quickly completed. The paperwork wasn't completed so I did not see the break down of what was repaired or any of the details involved with the claim.
