The only comment I have is i was called that my pickup was ready for pick up and when I got to your location I was waiting over 10 mins for the paperwork was done before I could take my vehicle. I expected to come to your location, pay for my deductible and then drive off. Instead I had to wait for your people to finish 'processing' the paperwork. Very disappointing.

No communication, wrong adress, put on hold for 15 minutes. There are no good things to say. My car was there over a month wil little communication. I let usaa know and I'm filling a formal complaint. The only real person that I spoke with was Shelly and she was amazing.
