I thought the text option was convenient as i was kept informed of the progress of the repairs to my vehicle that were being done and also when it would be completely finished. Overall the work done was excellent and you could not even tell that any damage existed. I would definitely recommend Body Pros to friends and family and would use their services again myself if needed.

I must say I was really satisfied with the repair work of this Auto Body shop. They were friendly and very curtious. They had excellent customer care. Let me know what exactly was going on. Any faults they apologized for like one part didn't arrive on time so it delayed my vehicle by one day. Stayed after hours and let me pick up my vehicle. All and all, is give them a solid 10/10. The first repair attempt failure was due to a lack of attention to detail. The drivers mirror wasn't mounted correctly causing a significant gap. Also the door and fender were not reinstalled correctly causing a misalignment of the outer body. Both issues were corrected and do far no other issues have been noticed. The service was super fast and the body work looks fantastic. The tech was very helpful in answering any questions I had.
