Upon pick up I notice the replacement part did not fit exactly as the original. Another racket is being ordered and I will be back next week to hopefully complete the repair.

I appreciate that my car was ready ahead of schedule. But it's kind of inconvenient that I got a phone call thirty minutes before you close and 9 days before my car in scheduled to be done telling me that my car is in fact complete and to come pick it up. Most of the time that is not feasible for me. So when on a Friday I get a text that my car is 52% done after two weeks but then all of a sudden on Tuesday, threw days later it's 100% that doesn't add up and is very inconvenient when I'm under the impression my car is scheduled to be complete on a certain date.

I was very happy until I picked the vehicle up and it was covered in an inch of ice and the detail that I had asked for wasn't done. There's no way that all that ice accumulated between the time they called me to tell me it was ready and when I picked it up. No apology or acknowledgement that anyone had overlooked the detail, thee guy at the counter even remembered the conversation we had when I asked for the detail. And this was after a 4 day delay in getting the car finished. Couldn't the detail have been done while waiting for the part? Couldn't they have left it inside so it wasn't covered in ice? This was very unfortunate because I was very impressed throughout the entire process until pick up...and it wasn't apparent that they were very busy, so I don't think that was the problem...
