I bought my wife a limited edition Camaro from Chapman Chevy in Tempe. I think she at times loves that car more than me. It was sideswiped by a teen and the only place for us to go was Chapman for repairs. Wade was amazing. He knew how particular she would be. He not only went out of his way to make sure she was happy but took extra time to go over every detail with her. He went that extra 100 miles. I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you Chapman. No contact is required. My experience with your shop as well as others in the past, identifies that the vehicles are being driven by others in your shop, which may not be justified. There is no reason why employees should have access to driving the vehicles for any purpose other than the required test drive, with an absolute minimum of mileage. All items in the vehicles, such as seat, mirrors, steering wheel, should be left as the customer settings at the time of drop off. Our vehicles are not for the pleasure of others.
