Kevin was Great!! He kept me updated at all times and was very professional. He went over and beyond to get my driver window tinted from a prior incident and to get me an oil change while my vehicle was in his care so I would not have to bother doing so when I got my car back. All the staff there at Chapman Collision that I was able to be in contact with was very helpful and polite. I had no updates or calls.. I had to call them (you) to find out what's going on with my car .. only to find out it was still sitting .. I am also having a talk with the insurance company regarding the time it took on a $1300 job.. my damage only consisted of a couple of sensors and paint touch up ... NO MAJOR DAMAGE ..
In my opinion this should have only taken ****-2 weeks tops ..
