I can sincerley say that my experience with Sevice King was one of the best experiences I have ever had with ANY automotive repair shop. Tiffany was a superb customer representative and extremey helpful every step of the way. My car looks great and I am truly happy with the service I received at Service King.

The customer service is great. I was kept up to date with progress of repairs. It looks like the body work where the deer hit my car was done well. (I don't know enough about body work to say differently). But at two different occasions after the requested body work was done, my car was scratched necessitating additional repairs. I am pleased that Service King offered to perform those repairs at no additional cost and apologized but it still took additional time after my repair. It makes me think that if something could happen twice while in their care, that their employees are careless regarding making sure no additional damage occurs. I don't want to say I was less than satisfied but the Service King issue was more of a hassle than the actual incident that necessitated the original repairs.
