The whole experience from start to finish was great. The GEICO agent and Kim from Service King made the appraisal process extremely comfortable. The finished work looked great and professionally done, and Kim was very professional and pleasant when showing and explaining the completed work. I also was overly impressed with the daily text updates.

I was originally told that it was going to take two weeks to repair my car. But then I got a text about a week early that my car was done and ready to be picked up! When they pulled my car around to where I was standing I was shocked at how good it looked. It absolutely looks brand new. They even went the extra mile and vacuumed out the seats and floor and wiped down the interior! I also got texts every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday about how the repairs were coming. All in all, this was a great experience and I will definitely be bringing my car back to Service King if I ever need repairs again.

My tent is not how it originally was! Front & back, the visiable lines running through my back windshield is very unattractive! And my tent is messing from my front windshield, which causes extream heat. I very much feel the difference! But overall i feel it was a fair job! Thanks!
