I was greeted upon arrival by the office staff , Rob, Valeria , were professional, courteous , very pleasant to deal with, Rob took time to listen ,as did val . Looks like they been doing this for a while because there where no hick-ups in the process. Val took time to explain every detail . Picking up the car was extremely satisfying. The body workers did a great job, again, they knew what they were doing. Hats off to Jim Mastalerz for running a tight ship
