So far so good. They did A LOT of work to our 2006 car and in the hour I drove it, all seems great. The customer service and communication through the 2 week process was amazing!! In my opinion, the emails to communicate status would have been enough if there really wasn't anything to communicate like another part needed to be ordered or we'll need another day. Thanks for everything!!! Also, the ease of communication between the body shop, insurance company, and rental car was as easy and painless as it ever could have been.

As for the e-mails - completely useless! "My car is happy there"? The day I received this e-mail, my car was on the "rack" having its body stretched back into shape - I seriously doubt it was happy that day. E-mail can be useful, but every one I got was either incorrect (telling me my car was done when it had 4-5 more days to go) or totally useless. Either get rid of the e-mails, or completely overhaul them.
