On Friday I received messages the final "mile" was being done. At 5:00 I received the call it's ready and we close at 6. I was not able to make it over before 6. Saturday morning Chris was very helpful and reviewed the work and the final bill. I checked the opening and closing of the back door. Everything worked. As I drove off, notice the driver mat was vacuumed. When I reached home and took a closer look no where else was vacuumed and the interior area could have been wiped better. The work on the door and rear window looks great. I would recommend Abrs.

I strongly felt that I was given misinformation as to when my vehicle would be ready. Had someone told me that it wouldn't be ready until Wednesday, instead of my calling on Monday and a couple times on Tuesday and Wednesday morning, only to find out it wouldn't be ready until late Wednesday, I might not have been as frustrated as I was.
However, the work was done, the car was cleaned up (after an in-shop mishap) and I was able to go on my long delayed trip.
