Felt my time was not valued.
I never expect to have my drivable car in the shop waiting for parts when I have to pay for a rental. Give me the car back until they come in.!

When I first checked my car in I spoke with the gentleman who mentioned the molding above the grill would be covered and painted as well. So I was under the impression that the bumper, grill and that the molding would be repaired. When picking up my truck I noticed everything was repaired and painted other than the molding which we discussed when dropping off my vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed everything was repaired except the molding. When asking why that wasn't also repaired a different gentleman said it was "part of the hood and not part of the grill and bumper", clearly not what was discussed when initially dropping off my vehicle. I must say the work that was completed looks great, but I'm disappointed that the molding wasn't repaired when it was discussed from the get go and I was under the impression it was going to be done as well.
