I do appreciate the repairs made to my car in a prompt and timely manner. What I did not appreciate is me having to call to get the estimate and pricing information when I was told I would be called. Also, the daily emails were great except they gave no real information. I was also told by my insurance company that my car would be returned to me freshly washed and vacuumed which it was not. All that said, my car looks great!
