I was very thankful that Abra was able to get my car in right away. They were very accommodating on getting my car done quickly and correctly. Just from taking with on the phone about bringing my car in made me feel comfortable. Another place I called before calling Abra made me feel uncomfortable and unsure. They were terrific about staying a little later after closing time so I could get done with work to pick up my car. I would recommend Abra to my friends and family. Thank you for your great service. Also for cleaning my car too. My car was extremely dirty inside and out. It was a surprise you see it so clean!

Getting into an accident is a negative thing. I am glad that I chose Abra to make things better. Joseph Milano made my life so much easier. When I dropped off my car he took me around my car and explained what needed repairing from the accident. He also looked at the rest of the car to see where he can help fix the other dents, dings, and scratches. I knew I was getting a good quote for the other damage. I was so happy to find out that he had reserved a rental for me even thought I did not need it. It was nice of him to anticipate my needs. I felt welcome and like I was not just a car to be repaired. He took a few minutes to have a conversation with me. He knew I was a veteran and thanked me for my service. That meant a lot to me. He gave me a good estimation of how long they would have my car and it was accurate. During the time my car was being fixed I received text messages letting me know the status and even a phone call the day before my car was ready, so I can prepare to pick it up. Joseph greeted me with a smile and a good handshake. He remembered me, and I felt greatly appreciated as his customer. He pulled my car around and it looked AMAZING. Joseph and his crew did a great job. My car was cleaned and detailed. As I was getting ready to leave he let me know that I could always come back even if I just needed my tires checked for air or windshield wipers replaced. I just may do that the next time I need air or wipers. He would be happy to help me out with anything I needed for my car. I hope I never get into an accident or have any damage to my car again. If I do I know exactly where to go and who to call. Joseph from Abra will be my first call. Overall, I had a great experience with him and from his staff. Thank you and keep up the great work!

I liked the good professional work they did, I like the way they keep you informed how your vehicle goes ,also explained to me at the end how to treat and take care of the painting ,another of the things that I really liked was the girl who is working in front the desk is very attentive, friendly and with a very good attitude that they it was hot outside I was sweating and she offered me a soda ,she made me feel very well thanks for everything 100% satisfied
