This was the second time I used ABRA. The experince was great. Amy,Shawn and all are an asset to the company. They updated me via text and my car was done on time. I highly recommend the location on River Road.

Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I had a great experience. The only area of improvement would be communication as to when the car would be completed. I received automated emails that everything was on schedule, but I didn't know what the schedule was. Although this is a very minor point compared to everything else, it would have been helpful to have a better idea of when the car would be ready. Overall, the work was outstanding. The car looks absolutely perfect. Thanks for the great work.

Everyone that I talked to or worked with at the Naperville/River road location were great! Very professional, knowledgeable, kind and kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle. Jim Wagner did the estimate and kept me informed of the progress, ETA of completion and then when it was ready, walked me through the return of the rental car process and everything. I picked up my car and Shawn walked me through the changes and it was in better condition than when I bought the car!
