When enterprise let me down your people picked up the phone and contacted hertz for me and got what I needed. That was the start of my experience with Abra and it stayed that good till the end. When I needed to get my SUV that night they jumped right on it just as the last part was delivered to meet my needs again. My SUV was cleaned inside and out which I did not expect. Great job everyone!!!

My wife's folder with all her coupons was not in the car when the work was completed.
The license plate holder for the front license was in the trunk when the car was delivered to ABRA but the holder could not be located when the work was completed.
