We were told the car would be done in a week ( took Monday and told done Friday when we got our estimate )and it was a week and a half
We would have planned to rent a car if we had known this.
The body work was good though

I loved the entire experience. Even though I was stressed because my new to me car was in a car accident the staff made me feel at ease and I immediately felt like my car was in good hands. The staff is so knowledgeable about cars and I was worried because I have a HHR. I loved getting the text updates (my favorite part) because in some shops you don't know what the heck is going on with you car or when to expect it back.
