Everything was extremely positive and great until the pick-up day. I was told that the car would be done on the 12th. With all of the effort that was made at communicating with me and keeping me in the loop (ie daily texts AND phone calls) not one mentioned the possibility of an earlier date! So it became a little bit hectic to be told an hour and a half before closing that the car was ready for pick up. I was in the middle of something, had to pick up a child from school, and be at work at 4:30. It just made it a little difficult, was unnecessary. One of those messages should have said the car was going to be done today so I could have been prepared.
