We brought our car in with no engine lights on and no rattling. This was even after hitting a deer. We received the car with the engine light and all wheel drive light on. The car was not functioning in normal working order and John played dumb, said there was nothing he could do, and allowed my wife to drive the car home, even when it was completely obvious there was a problem. He had no regard for her safety and should be fired. In short I'm beyond pissed.

I should have opted to have a new fender installed versus dent removal and bondo. I hate the way it feels smooth to patch on a wall feeling. Also I did not like how my trunk was completely dirty. It had white powder everywhere as if they were throwing parts back there. It wasn't clean before my arrival. I detailed this truck a few days before I brought it so I know how it looked inside. Dirty in the trunk and the front as well. The staff is courteous and the updates are good in contrast.

The color of the inside of the trunk door does not match the rest of the interior. It is a lighter color gray while the rest is a dark gray. With this car being a leased car we are afraid we will be penalized for it when we turn it in.
